Magistrati Oubliette mission. The Medstation after the ascender event did not have a powercell to recharge

I experienced the same thing. It seems to spawn in its old location before the changes in the area near it were made. Me and my friends could see the glowing blue light coming out of the wall but the power cell is clearly blocked off since the patch when it spawns in that old location.

Pretty sure i just threw it off the map when you were not looking
