Issue Description:
The medicae station’s power cell, after the first elevator on Refinery Delta-17, was in a wall, preventing us from get it to use on the medicae station.
Steps to Reproduce:
Just happened once with me, but didn’t notice anything out of order besides that. We did the only path possible
