Medicae cell missing on relay station

Issue Description:
On the building before the penultimate area there’s a med station, sometimes it’s not powered so you gotta find the cell but it is nowhere to be found. Team searched everywhere for a while, happened to me twice with different teams.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play relay station.
  2. Navigate to the penultimate med station.
  3. Can’t find power cell if it’s not powered.

Had this once as well. We didn’t exactly scour the entire location top to bottom, but we did give it a solid try and came up emptyhanded.
