The second part IS every game ever, but the first one is not!

They don’t tell you “all you’re doing now is for nothing because we already have more powerful gear planned. Look at your weapon, it can’t even get to 100% power!”.

They want you to have the illusion of being farming the top tier.

if they want the illusion that you can get a higher tier weapon, they need to do a better job, anyone with half a brain cell can see that 80% is the max

It’s probably an attempt to bait players into grinding for better weapons. I, however, got lucky enough to roll the best weapons for each class with some decent blessings. 80% is the cap for the stats and I’m glad that I learned that early on.

Kinda seems like nitpicking at this point. You know its an inevitability. At least fatshark is telling you upfront.
