Since you pretty much confirmed that no new content is coming “for a few months” and that you have taken the decision to “suspend the upcoming releases of premium cosmetics. We just couldn’t continue down this path” why don’t you make some of these premium cosmetics earnable in-game either through dockets or Melk so we have something to unlock while you “figure it out”?

A twitch drop.
They have the tech. Its in the game already. They even gloated at that part.
So they could twitch drop prem cosmetic. They are just too greedy for that.

No, then better delete them and give us no cosmetics any more.
I do not want to get forced to use third-party apps to get something which should be in the game/ available ingame.
They can give us cosmetics through level/ rank ups, so make the same with new ones for 40000, 100000, … kills or such.
Or via Melk like stated in the OP but not other programs/ websites outside of the game (“codes” on e.g. twitter, like Borderlands does it with SHiFT, would be ok, because one can look them up without login).
