The 5 shillings from dailies is so insignificant I don’t get why its there. Even with commendation chest as rewards late game players don’t interact with dailies. Therefore have dailies cater to catching up new players with something like +100% exp boosters for one hour game time each. And if you do all the weeklies how about bonus shillings and like 7hrs of exp booster.
