im so tired of logging in hoping to play and every gametype is ruined by low intensity. this absolutly needs to go. replace this with every map having the option to select low intensity normal or high intensity versions of it when selecting the mission.
if its done this way then you can mix even more conditions into the game such as sniper gauntlet and shocktroop together as the condition then we add high intensity to it on the mission select.
this way no matter what condition it is we can always choose high intensity to go with it and i dont have to exit the game and check back later.

Yes - more choice would absolutely make sense - much more sensible suggestion then the thread title suggests.
I would definitely disagree that low intensity “needs to go”.
It’s important for giving players a way to progress more gently up a difficulty curve rather than hitting a cliff each time they try a new tier.
How it’s handled, and making sure hardcore players always have a mission choice that offers them sufficient challenge, is a different matter, but there’s very good reasons for it to stay.

Are you suggesting to give players CONTROL over what map, difficulty and conditions they are going to play on? What a crazy concept.
I think it should just be balanced out by somewhat higher intensity during the actual encounters.
No they don’t need to go… this is actually something good to train to an higher difficulty than the one you are confortable with.
However, there’s a need to have the game proposing 1 low intensity, 2 normal and 1 high intensity at any time for, at least, the 2 higher difficulties.
Actually they made that mission are proposed for a different laps of time… this, is unneeded.
However, having always an high intensity, low and normal should be there.
