Low Input buffer causing issues with heavy attacks

When Input Buffer slider is tuned low (0.3 or less) several issues with heavy attacks start to happen.
Action Release input breaks causing heavy attacks to be delayed.

Heavy attack chains may break. Flaming flail example: 2nd heavy will often perform the 1st heavy overhead instead of the sweep.
