Lost ps4 save on ps5

Issue Description (Required):

Have reinstall vermintide 2 for playing with friends.
Have lost my save on ps4 (about 56hours) . Even the save in the cloud is a new one couln t find my old save.
Can you do something ?

Hi @Carptainherpes,

If your progression was made in Online mode then this should be stored safely on our end. Looking at the account ID Captainherpes85 it details a last login in 2021 though.

Unfortunately, any progress made in Offline mode is stored as local save data on your console, which we are unable to access or restore.

It is so sad… i don t find any even on my usb drive.
