Issue Type (Required):
Crash - During Play
Issue Description (Required):
Game crashes with GPU soft-crashing as well, due to threadcount being too low apparently.
User needs to have the ability to up their Threadcount more, right now it’s very difficult and tedious.
For analysis, crash dump and console log will be added.

Sorry Divisionic, we’re not able to assist with Linux-based issues due to it being an unsupported platform. There is a small community of Linux posters here that may be able to help identify a workaround.
Would you be able to assist me with an answer to my question, perhaps?
I’d like to know if there’d be a way to change the threadcount (that you’d usually see on Windows via the launcher) via a file instead?
Yep! You can do this via the user_settings.config in your AppData - look for max_worker_threads in there
Just so you know there’s usually two lines for thread count: one in the detected user settings from the launcher and another further down that actually effects the game.
I’m not sure if the game creates that first entry without the launcher in your case but its good to double check
Following this ProtonDB entry has fixed all of my problems.
Blessed be the Omnissiah and its Linux chapter, for I have gamed 4 hours without a crash.
