Y’a you right but 95% of time is over kill and useless for big encounter with hit you can have it on bosses and crushers… like second wind
Indeed.
I was under the impression that FS put the OP Heavy Hitter talents so far down the tree, that selecting them would require missing out on more middle-tree bits, but it still feels like the tree’s lopsided so that defeats the whole purpose. I mean, excluding a few “Fun Nodes” and 25% extra ammo, there’s very little that I, as a Left Side Dandy, would desire from the right side of the tree. In fact its very easy to get most nodes I want with little to no flexing.
But I could see the theory working if the straightest path was required in order to fully spec out the keystone at the bottom. I.E. you trade flexibility for being really good at one thing. But that would contradict their general trend of moving towards more flexibility. I don’t see them restructuring the keystone or adding more tax nodes to make it more of an investment.
I am surprised IJ doesn’t have any movement speed buffs. I mean, the icon’s a foot, it talks about momentum, but all the speed was delivered earlier in the tree. If they took away some of zealots base speed (or from shroudfield, or knife/DS speed) and added it here that could also make it more appealing. I mean, I consider the right side to be very much focused on speed, finesse and agility so a capstone that matches would seem on theme.
Totally but miss toughness reduction and cooldown reduction when you do a build with it you don’t have enough point for these parts so all piety I’ve try 1900th to do a build but so much squishy with high end difficulty but the feeling with relic blade is a dream. But miss cooldown and especially tough damage reduction. Ok for T5 auric and maybe Mael but not more. Martyr got tough dmg reduction piety with critics and talent but IJ not this don’t work anymore in close combat yes with extra mobility and dodge but with all the shooters……Totally agree that’s maybe I’m not good enough so I will train my skill but sure for high end difficulty piety is a must for relic blade.
I agree but this is more core identity with Ogryn regeneration copying each others methods is kind of low hanging fruit IMO.
May as well make a new toughness regenerator to identify with Zealot… guess toughness on sprint/block/stamina consumption isnt taken…yet.?
Why not. I’m 500% about identity.
This… and changing it removes the only good talent for weapons that relies on heavy hit.
If you lower this talent to 5% per heavy hit, this is half what you get with the actual talent with a weapon that relies on heavy swings.
With the Rashad combat axe (just an example), I kill enemies by 3 or 4. This means I get +30 to +40% toughness.
Changing that will just impact badly weapons that don’t need that cause they have to alternative. At contrary of others.
This is still 0% when you use heavy attack and don’t kill. So nothing with bosses nothing with big encounter with second wind you got it so this is never better. The left side tree is dead. Even for martyr Zealot you better take mid or right side tree. In your exemple just take right side tree and the talent with 50% more toughness on kill you will perform so much better you will have a 7% on kill and second wind and and and and…
