Let us chose the activation condition for Kinetic Flayer

Since the skill tree rework, kinetic flayer has lost a lot of the utility it once had as a tool for maintaining warp charges. In its current form, the inherent randomness of Kinetic Flayer means that it will often trigger on non-priority targets, which wastes a lot of its value as a source of burst damage.

I propose that Kinetic Flayer be broken into multiple mutually exclusive nodes, each with a different activation condition.

These could include:

-Only activates on melee hits
-Only activates on ranged hits
-Only activates on hits vs specials

This would give Psyker a level of control over the activation of Kinetic Flayer, allowing them to save the ability for priority targets based on how their build is set up.
