Title says it all. Leech teleports beside you, you instantly kill him, yet you take damage. On Legendary it’s almost 1/4th damage without chaos resistance, that should not be a thing. Hard to counter, np. But damage taken for the sake of damage taken, not fun.

I agree. Everything should have some way, however difficult, of avoiding damage. A teleport onto your face that deals unblockable, undodgable damage is a little poorly thought out.
