Leavers/Quitters should be finally dealt with

Again ~2700 hours in and I don’t really see the level of “leavers and quitters” that’s being espoused here. If anything, I see a lot of DCs and crashes where the player typically returns.

You’re either lying because you have a boomer “it is a you problem” mentality or have never played auric.

Problem is if you start punishing leavers then you will start punishing those who leave because for instance they don’t want to be the 3rd Psyker in the team

I never leave because of the “unoptimal” team composition. Why should this be an excuse?

or because they have suddenly stuff to do IRL

Then a timeout for Auric won’t matter, because they would be doing stuff instead of playing.

The best solution would be, if possible, to patch the cheese out, if you leave a game via alt f4 or the menu while downed, the counter for the corresponding penances should reset.

As I’ve said ealier, it’s not mainly a penance problem. It is mentality and skill problem for bad players.
