Leavers are plaguing the game

Disable auto-rejoin , and I dont care if you crashed.

Maybe change the ability to quit and get back into the game. Maybe when you join for the second time you have to wait to be rescued. You get some people bouncing in and out of a game all the time . At the moment there is no incentive not to do this. I get there needs to be a mechanism to rejoin as crashes do happen but to actively encourage people to do it……
