Lean-in to the flash light mechanic on lights-out FS!

Make more flashlight options for all classes or give a shoulder mounted light for everyone. The lights-out missions are awesome, but the flashlight options are garbage. Lean-in to the flashlight mechanic and don’t gimp the game for consoles please. Thanks.

there should be broken servitor with flashlight in this missions, so we could find it and repair a bit so it would fly around player who repaired it

or some light source that we can carry with us along the mission like bright battery

I’ve been saying that everyone should have a flashlight, with its own dedicated key, for a long time. Would be a perfect chance to add bayonets to more weapons. XD

We’ve been asking for this since Lights Out released three years ago and Fatshark hasn’t done anything.

What would also be nice is if we could still point the flashlight up front while re-loading.

I would like the “night maps” to have some fishy stuff going on in them as well.
Enemies moving loot crates that we can intercept. Maybe some specials, maybe some “don’t alert this person because he/she will flee” - take them out quick.

On a lot of maps there are additional areas where enemies can be but we can’t, maybe you could do something with that.

Another thing I’ve thought about with the dark maps are:
1: The TEDIOUS run animation whit the gun/light pointing up… on some you can counter it by looking into the ground…but yeah. Plain bad (likely intentionally)
2: The LACK of flashlights.
3: Flare pickups?

I really wish lights out wasn’t just a blanket darkness on filter on everything, a few maps really stand out (e.g. Smelter Complex) and others (the majority) just feel unnecessarily dark, not very atmospheric. I find them perfectly doable just not particularly immersive (and I’m often loaded in without a flashlight)

Fog is even worse as it has even fewer maps where it feels cool and just restricts vision even with flashlights.

I think better sources of lighting (slow-replenishing flares like Deep Rock wouldn’t be a bad idea) would go a long way as I doubt they’ll rework how a number of the maps play with the condition itself.
