Alright, listen, these need to be said

alright, the lights out missions should come back to normal. they’re really the only time that the flash light is actually useful because in lights out missions, the flashlight can light up the area just like the snowball staves. you could make the argument that yes the flashlight is useful for seeing dark areas around the maps that aren’t on lights out, but you can just walk to those dark areas and see the whatever is there if you just move. so honestly, the flashlight is kinda useless for normal grade missions because lights out only appear in the auric level board. that being said, people don’t always want to use an AR or a lazer rifle to be able to see or kill so please allow us to put different sights and special activations on weapons (unless the special is essential to the weapon such as the vent on the plazma gun or the reving of a chain weapon) so that we can make our weapons feel more like a blank canvas for expression and actual enjoyment rather than just another weapon that just doesn’t feel as good as it really could.

please do not attempt to discount or disregard my indepth argument for why we should have lights out missions and fuller weapon customization.

I want the candles on Zealots to illuminate levels with their rage again.

would be cool if the zealot candles would light up areas

What depth? Your big block of text boils down to “I want weapon attachments”.

I wouldn’t have felt the need to post anything at all if you’d used paragraphs.

The enemies should have their own light sources too in Lights Out. Flashlights and field lanterns for scab patrols and idlers, flaming torches and barrel fires for dreg patrols and idlers.

Absolutely, these would be awesome for the atmosphere.

I like going flashie-flashie to my team mates, as like a “hello!” or, “whatchu doing down der ayyy?”

I like my flashlight

Yeah I see your point. And I do think maybe you’re right, “Lights out” could be a more dynamic thing that moves through all difficulties (If I understand you correctly? or were you saying lights out should be standard always? which I don’t think is a good idea, since some folks hate it lol)
