Launch error code 30ebeee1, unable to get into the game pass the character selection

After the newest update, I can no longer get into the game. When it gets into character selection and I proceed to start, the game immediately pops up this notification about a fatal error:

Failed decompress ‘#ID[30ebeee1]’, error: Oodle detected
corruption in compressed segment, Make sure that your game
files are not corrupt by «VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES…>
in steam.

I have tried to verify the game, but it is of no use. What am I supposed to do now?

I reinstalled the game and it no longer happen
