Can confirm still having issues with silent poxbursters

Encountered my first silent mutant ever, since this patch hit. Please don’t tell me this issue is actually getting worse.

How has it been more than a year and this is still an issue?

pretty much every elite or special periodically has missing audio cues on spawn, attack, etc. I have found no pattern to it, but it has gotten me killed numerous times. I was having no issues prior to the Hive Scum update.

Playing Atonement? Everytime someone does the Atonement interaction at the shrine, the bells ring and a bunch of Specialists are pumped in. That’s a recipe for a sound cue catastrophe, especially in Auric where there’s probably already a bunch of Specialists active. Specialists just need to be dial…

Nope, what I mean is I can hear the mutie because Im wearing headphones up loud. Also he plays on a PS5 which I noticed handles the game worse, which likely means some sound cues get lost because of the worse hardware as the game struggles to keep up with everything.

Ah! Gotcha. I wear high quality headphones but unfortunately still suffer the issue :frowning:

It is so much worse after this patch for me. Like you said it is almost any special now instead of just bursters or trappers.

Audio bugs. fix them
