As of last night, the recon lasgun was not available for purchase at Brunt’s armory for my zealot. This issue has been noted by multiple others posting under the patch announcement.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Log in as zealot, go to Brunt’s armory. Recon lasgun is not listed as an option for purchase under ranged weapons.

The patch notes say that Recon Lasguns are available to zealots now. They are not in the list in Brunt’s armory. I have not seen any in the shop. My Psyker and Veteran have access to them as normal. Am I potato brained? I have not seen any other mentions of this issue.

Go to Brunt’s armory
No Recon Lasgun

I was wondering the same thing today trying to get one
Got one from the Emperor. So they added it to zealot, this is just that it is not yet here in Brunt.

The option to purchase Recon Lasgun for Zealot is missing from Brunt’s Armoury. However, it is possible to buy a Recon Lasgun when it comes up randomly in the Requisition.

Now this right here is quite frustrating. I waited a LONG time for this patch. To see that this change was advertised and then functionally left out of the patch, and THEN to have it not be included in the first hotfix…
Just have to hope they don’t have this labeled as “low priority”. But I’ve been burned on that one before. Liking this game is a vigorous exercise in patience.
OH gods, don’t give them that, the Zealots already suck up ammo blindly so they can blindly spray it at the bulwarks shields they don’t need the ability to do it faster.
Thank you for consolidating and marking it as a known bug! I thought I was going crazy. I’ll keep an eye out in Melk’s in the meantime.
