KNOWN ISSUE: Penances Appear Incomplete

We are working on an issue in which Penances appear incomplete, detailed below:

While migrating to the new Itemization system, there is a chance for a visual bug to occur where players with a lot of progression on their weapons might not see their Penances displayed as complete. This is only a visual issue which might occur when opening the Penances menu for the first time. Closing and opening the UI again will update it properly.

We understand this issue persists for some despite repeatedly closing and re-opening the UI. If this is the case, please detail in the comments below the name of the Penance impacted.

Issue Description (Required):

I’ve tried upgrading three weapons to level 500 (from 490).

On the first attempt, Weapon Smith (2) triggered… which is meant for level 400 upgrades.
On subsequent attempts, Weapon Smith (3) will not trigger.

I also didn’t get the “Upgrade to Level 300” - Weapon Smith (1) penance from doing this. Do I need to retrospectively find a sub 300 weapon to get this one to fire?

This crafting penance just popped about 5 minutes in to a mission, and about an hour after it should!

Finished a bunch of Mastery at once and went to collect them at the Penance lady and I got all of them just fine except the Bully Club. Game knows I did it cause it gave me the title for 10 Mastery finished. However, the Bully Club isn’t registering as finished on the Penance lady so I can’t click it to receive my cosmetic reward for Mastery level 20.

No matter how many enemies are killed/burned with the immolation grenades in a mission the total will only ever go up by a fraction of what it should for every mission played.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Play any mission,
use immolation grenades as often as you can at the most opportune times (e.g. when a horde spawns),
once the mission is over the number will only have increased by a few digits

Shield Mastery is Level 20, and did not pop. Other mastery 20 penances did after this one, though.

Just wanted to update that the latest hotfix has not fixed the penance being locked for reaching mastery 20.

Full Mastery on Recon Lasgun, but the penance for the mastery skin fails to complete.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Recon lasgun near mastery 20, Sacrificed a weapon to push it over the threshold. Spent blessing points to complete the mastery, penance will not update to the weapon’s completion.
Suspecting using sacrifice and going over the exp limit caused the error.

I’m lacking the Weapon Penances, namely Weaponsmith 1, 2 and 3, Martial Doyen and Ranged Specialists. It’s been days now, and they still appear as unfinished and I haven’t received Penance points for them. I’ve tried relaunching the game several times, but no dice. I hope some one can help me resolve this issue.

By the Lex, I am Witness! (1). It is bugged for me and it won’t change, I’m already past the level 10 trust version, but this one just stays on the Highlights and shows as incomplete in Penances tab.

I don’t use any mods.

I was just clicking really fast to complete all the Penances I had complete. This happened yesterday and I’ve tried backing out and going back in and restarting my game and restarting my PC.
