Hello Darktide Team,
I’m writing to report a bug regarding a weapon Penance not unlocking correctly after the recent update.
After the new patch, I leveled up the Weapon Mastery for the Power Sword (能量弯刀) to the maximum level of 20. I achieved this primarily by sacrificing other weapons at the Shrine of the Omnissiah.
However, after reaching Mastery level 20, the associated Penance, which I believe is called “Master of the Power Sword” (能量弯刀之主) or something similar, did not unlock. As a result, I have not received the cosmetic skin reward for mastering this weapon.
As a troubleshooting step, I have tried completing several missions while equipping the Power Sword, but the Penance remains locked.
It seems that reaching level 20 Mastery by sacrificing weapons does not trigger the Penance completion.
Could you please look into this issue? Thank you.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Navigate to the Shrine of the Omnissiah (venerate the God-Emperor).
Select any variant of the Power Sword.
Choose the “Weapon Mastery” option.
Use the “Sacrifice Weapon” feature to increase the Mastery experience points.
Continue sacrificing weapons until the Power Sword’s Mastery reaches Level 20.
Check the Penances screen. Observe that the Penance for mastering the Power Sword has not been unlocked and its cosmetic reward has not been granted.
