Even after maxing out the Veteran’s Power Falchion mastery level the penance didn’t unlock. It reached level 20 and nothing happened despite spending all the points, completing a mission and upgrading the weapon.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Reach Mastery level 20 on the Power Falchion.
- Penance doesn’t unlock.
