I have fully restarted Steam and my computer to no avail in an attempt to retrieve the cosmetics.
I received a notification for all of my cosmetics being unlocked when i logged in post game launch but they are no where to be found. I did however receive the Beta Helmet and the Border and Weapon charm for PreOrdering

I got my copy of the game from buying an RTX 30’s GPU. I dont know if that’s considered as pre-order. If so, then I can assume I’m missing the pre-order bonus as well. I also recently noticed that the cosmetic tab has a “yellow dot” indicative of a new item but there are no new item in my inventory (which supposed to have the same “yellow dot”)
