Didn't get the Vermintide cosmetics

I have Vermintide 1 and 2 on Steam and have hundreds of hours on them but I did not get the cosmetic Items in Darktide (also on Steam).
How can I get the Items? Is there a support I could write to?

Here, near the bottom Devoted Rejects Pack (Vermintide) [STEAM ONLY]

I wouldn’t say that they are cosmetics, just colors and tatoos, but I guess that they are also cosmetics
