Bought the Imperial Edition and can't find the cosmetics

Issue Description:
I bought the Imperial Launch Edition on my XBox, excited to wear some cool cosmetics. I load in, check the cosmetics tab under Operative, and there’s nothing new, got the aquillas though, so at least something went through :slight_smile:

I’m not really sure what this could mean in the context of the problem that I’m having

not really sure what that means but the username I put is DaPitifulCrayon

Approx. Time of Issue & Timezone:
I honestly forget when I first checked and my timezone is EST

Reproduction Rate:
Once - Rare (<10%) - Unusual (<25%) - Common (<50%) - Often (<75%) - Constant (100%)
100% of the time’s I check, no new cosmetics show up
