List of Missing Items:
I don’t know what items i’m exactly missing, but I’m pretty sure that I missed something because all i have in my closet is just helmet.
My friend also pre-ordered about 2 weeks ago in same day with me, but he just showed me full package (head, breast gear, pant, backpack) that he has received in 30. Nov.
Please solve the problem. cannot wait to put new gear on.

As i’ve said in the report above I’m missing the preorder soundtrack. It’s not listed under soundtracks in Steam, and the imperial edition bundle shows 1 item (the soundtrack) still available to ‘complete my collection’

I appear to have all the ingame content, although the game cound do with a menu where you can see all your unlocked content in one place so that you don’t have to create/progress different characters to confirm it’s presence.

When I go to the OST store page it is listed as free to add to my account, I try to add it and I get the "There was a problem adding this product to your account. Please try again later. " message.

  3. No Preorder cosmetics
  4. No Vermintide cosmetics
  5. No Twitch drop cosmetics
  6. YES beta helmets

Reloaded the game. Verified file integrity. Reinstalled game. Started new character.

I am missing the soundtrack, I got the Imperial Edition and all other things but I cant download the soundtrack, I cant add it from the store page, I only get an error. Pls fix this.

I had at the beginning found the ost this way but even after I installed it, it had the purchase button on top. I tried to uninstall so I can install again and now the ost could not even be found the way the article describes.
