We believe we have identified the issue and are working on a new build.

Unfortunately, we predict we will not be able to release the update until late tomorrow afternoon (CEST) due to circumstances outside of our control, meaning Darktide will be unavailable to play in the meantime on the Xbox Series S.

If we are able to release the update any sooner than the predicted time, please rest assured that we will.

Also hereā€¦After the update it worked for a few hours then the home screen froze. I also rebooted the console several times, even did a factory reset. I hope that a solution will be found soon.

Playing on series-s. Was able to play yesterday with now issue. Today however, it freezes on the loading screen everytime i opened it.

Iā€™m glad to know that they solved the problem, I will patiently wait until tomorrow to be able to play Darktide.

Game will not launch. I have downloaded warhammer 40 000 darktide on xbox one gamepass and had worked for a week just fine. Then this morning i tried playing and the game would not launch. I tried deleting saved data and did not fix. I also un-installed the game and re-downloaded it to no avail. I really enjoy this game and have spent money on it and would like to enjoy it. Any one able to help me?

Yes, fatshark f.uckā€™d all of us Xbox players and now you have to wait until tomorrow. This was my one day off.

Well im glad to know its not just me suffering today. I love this game got it about a week ago and cant play anything else. I was devastated once i tried playing this morning. Hopefully they resolve this issue soon.

They said theyā€™ll fix it by tomorrow so if itā€™s there time maybe 12-3am our time or actually late tomorrow afternoon.

The hotfix for this issue has been deployed! It might take a little bit longer for the servers to switch over. Please let us know if any of yā€™all continue to have issues.
