I’ve lost everything with this new patch, when I booted up the game to see what changed with the Necromancer patch it started playing the prologue (thought I missclicked, went trough it what the hell it’s a nice track down the memory lane).
Entered the keep after completion, all my items and levels are gone, everything I pought in the shop with silver is gone, all my achievments vanished, 790 hours of playtime gone.
Please tell me it can be brought back…

Just bought the game again on Xbox because I was obsessed with it on PS4. Logged on just now to play and all of my progress was gone. Luckily it was only 10 levels, but still kind of a sucky feeling.
I suspect you may have started brand new progress during the time of this issue. Unfortunately any progress made during this time had to be wiped in order to restore everyone’s existing backend data. Very sorry for the inconvenience
