I’ve had similar problems in the past, but that time the save data was bad, so I deleted the save data and was able to play.
So this time I did the same thing and deleted the save data…
Will the save data come back after the problem is solved?
Or did the progression reset again because I deleted the save data from the console?
My heart is now filled with anxiety and sadness!

You can play Online, though sadly any progress made during this time won’t remain once actual progress is restored.
Please do not sync or update your Offline data, as it may impede your actual progress being returned properly. Though I’ve been told it’s safe to play in Offline mode!
This is gross. Been playing since beta , enjoying Sienna as main since V1 ( where’s her 1h killer mace from V1 btw? Slap a skull on that and call it a necro weapon. Make it a thing pls, sienna V1 folks know what I’m saying). Xbox One S here.
Between COVID and Darktide delaying this class dlc, waiting an extra year and a half…
Sitting here, on a day I took off from work to dig into the new class, to find myself staring at a lev 1 character with no progress, half the blacksmith weapons gone and cutscenes from the beginning. There’s not a lot of “trying things out” in the meantime with everything at Lv. 1, besides running about and seeing the moveset. (All the keeps’ practice dummies and outer area are inaccessible and all reset to default blocked area). Jeese.
I love you guys and gals at Fatshark, but this is truly Wretched. I hate this quite fiercely.
Just fix it already, this sucks floppy, kruti donglies in spades. This stuff sticks to the psyche in a way that just will push me to another title.
Oh, and FFS fix the audio cues please? They were fixed at one time, but now they just don’t happen with any warning if at all anymore.

This issue also hit me… So sad wanted to try out the new class… tried downloading an old save and that didn’t work so I guess I’ll have to wait for the fix

Hi I only just saw there’s an issue and have already tried moving saved data around, can I possibly get a check to see if my 415 hours, hero levels and rewards are still there please?

got around 2000 hours in the game feeling like that all was lost was crazy😔 but i aint even mad man. I just want my characters back. Please wishing you guys a swift resolution and a speedy recovery back to making some of the best games for me and my friends to play.
Returning player having the same issue here, my PSN is Judge21 if that helps at all.
I tried playing through the tutorial and deleting/updating console save data but no change.
But I think y’all are doing great with the quick responses and in-game notification as well!
Very excited to come back to this game when it’s all fixed up!
