Issue Description:
Trying to log into game from main menu. Says “Processing Inquisitorial Clearance” for some then, then give a Backend Error and cancels the log in.

Just happens every time. Won’t let me log in from the main menu.

I’ve tried verifying the game cache and also reinstalling the game, neither worked.
Some post mentioned putting the game in fullscreen to avoid this problem, this did not work.
Another post mentioned just trying repeatedly until the game lets you in, after 15 tries I gave up.

disconnected from a server ,it hapens like 10-15 times per game. and a lot of crashes ,

I just remoted into my computer and changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and it let me into the game without using a VPN as I needed to before. I’m seemingly fixed now.

I have tried verifying integrity of game files, re-installed the game, restarted my modem/router to no luck. The only workaround seems to be using a VPN, which is not ideal.
It didnt fix issue for me.

I tried this fo far:
1 Changing DNS on router, and OS
2 Run all app as administrator ( steam, game)
3 add exceptions for both antivirus and firewall) and disabling them
4 reinstalling game
5 file verification
6 deleting appdata files
7 trying to change game settings and restore default
8 Drivers update
I dont have good VPN and i dont want to test free one so i didnt test this one because i dont want to use it
PS. during previous beta everything was great not even one problem appear

PS additional settings change in firewall solved problem. In comodo different thing is added manually file to exception list then added game exe file in from active proccesses

I write because I can´t load passed the “Processing Inquisitorial Clearance” section in the main menu. I receive a “Backend Error” every time, no crash report. I´ve tryied everithing from turn off internet, restarting pc and game multiple times, verifying the integrity of files even moving the files to different disc, all to no vail.
I´ve also didn´t have this problem during the beta test during October so it seemes strange to me.
It´s even stranger and really frustrating because all my friends who live few miles from me have games working perfectly fine.
Also receiving Backend Error accessing the game with NordVPN. Added Darktide.exe/Launcher.exe/Steamwebhelper.exe to VPN exceptions and still cannot login. Able to access other games through VPN perfectly fine.
Issue: I’m having the same issue that I had with the closed beta in October. When booting up the game I get to the screen that says press space to continue, and the loading text that reads “Processing Inquisitorial Clearance” shows up for a split second before giving an immediate Backend Error, preventing me from even entering the game. I’ve tried restarting my pc, verifying my game files and still nothing has worked. The only advise that I get is to use a VPN, which seems unnecessary and my university’s internet doesn’t allow VPNs either.

Ensuring all save files/old files from previous Darktide closed beta were deleted to prevent conflicts
