Kenetic flayer not working as intended, less than 10% chance

just as the title says, took it into matches and training noticed its way less than 10% of my hits, after some testing i found its likely closer to 4% like psychic communion.

in testing grounds
Test Enemy = Crusher
Test Weapon = Gray Shredder Auto-pistol
Testing Range = 50 Brain Bursts

Test
i used the Auto-pistol 35 round chip fired until i got a brain burst, recorded shots,
reloaded repeated 100 times only stopping to reload or let the Crusher respawn.

Number of Bursts 50
Number of Shots 1237
50 / 1237 = 0.0404 or 4.04%

so not 10% but closer to 4%,

You should remember that Kinetic Flayer can only proc every 15 seconds. Did you account for that in your testing?

i did, the whole test took me about 30 minutes or so, i gave 20 secs just to be sure

Hm. Worth looking into then. You could probably post this in bugs instead?
