Issue Description:

Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

  1. Buy something at trader
  2. Leave trader then go into inventory
  3. Try to equip new item and sell old item
  4. Old item disappears from screen but no money pop up
  5. Close inventory then go back into it, original item may still be equipped with new item showing as unequiped
  6. Re-equip new item, sell old item successfully
