Inventory refresh/update issue

Issue Description:

When equipping a new weapon or Curio, it resets to previous selected item. Need to exit inventory and open again for it to actually work. Also I cannot sell items either when this happens. It removes it, but get no creds for it. Close/open inventory and need to do it all over again.

Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

Equipping:

  1. Get a new item (must have more than the one equipped).
  2. Equip new item(Either press equip button or double click).
  3. Close and reopen Inventory
  4. Previous item still equipped.
  5. Do steps 2 and 3 over.
  6. Item is now actually equipped.

Selling:

  1. Get a new item (must have more than the one equipped).
  2. Equip new item(Either press equip button or double click).
  3. Hold X to sell previous item.
  4. Previous item removed, but no cash received.
  5. Close and reopen Inventory
  6. Do steps 2 and 3 over.
  7. It is now actually being sold.
