I don’t particularly enjoy being forced to watch RNG happen to see whether i got a chest or not. Could there be a “skip” button so I can just go leave the group right away?

It’s not even meaningful. The chest and EXP is already awarded the second “Victorious” pops up. The entire results screen is a waste of time. They’ve said it’s to give time for the keep to load but you should try loading up a round then going back to keep. It takes about 4 seconds on an SSD.
But you’re probably going to have to wait for Mods.
