Is there a way to fix this First Person camera?

The first person camera looks so bad, when the character swings or lunges violently the torso should be twisting around and the head moving with it, but instead the camera remains pointing forward static like it’s floating in the air, it makes me feel like it’s detached from the actual body, or like the arms are just floating parts to the sides of the camera.

Third person looks much better in that way but it isn’t sanctioned yet is it? So is there another way to fix how immersion breaking the first person camera is?

Full body awareness might help, it’s sanctioned but don’t use if your prone to motion sickness
