My launcher still says beta and in game it still has the beta tag in upper right corner. Am in missing something?

It seems you need to redownload 20 GB? I though the open beta will mean no progress wipe and a less sizeable patch?
There is no wipe. All progress is saved. 20 GB is for all other things like 9 new maps ect.
