Is it so hard to make a Mechanicus Adept class?

Why Fatshark?

Why?

Why a stinky gang.

This is not Necromunda.

So now we have a mix between zealot and veteran?

What about this?

We’re literally in a mega hive the size of Necromunda’s hive

It’d be a lot easier to make unique game-play around a tech character with unique weapons and gadgets, and they look pretty damn cool.

I’d imagine they’ve seen the massive hype around the idea of a Mechanicus Adept class, and so I think they’ll probably do it.

I remember when people argued against Warrior Priest and Necromancer in VT2, the former of which I really wanted, the latter of which everyone else seemed to want, but I thought it would never fit or happen but eventually we got both.

I’m sure Fatshark will deliver on this one eventually.

I feel like a criminal admech would be on Collegiate Extremis or Astynomia prison ship/labor camp/servitor stack if not already servitorized again into a bidet or butthair trimmer or something suitably punitive.

The Arbites is not a criminal, and we got that. I could think of plenty of reasons they might get involved. Warhammer 40k in particular seems to mix in more and more factions, people, and such with time. The narratives get pretty crazy. It doesn’t have to be a reject. All there has to be is a plot point as to why they would be interested in getting involved on Atoma and working with the Inquisition. Maybe it’s Mobian steel or some artifact, I’m not that into 40k, so I don’t know.

To hold out hope

Maybe at warhammer skulls next year where it can line up with a admech reveal and releases coming next year (tech marine sm2, Mechanicus 2, Dow 4 doing a faction showcase for admech)

I don’t like Necromancer in V2… because is not lore friendly.

I would have preferred A Wizard of Death.

But people wanted to spawn skeletons.

:hugs:

I have said this in multiple places, and I think it makes the most sense. GW seems to be pushing cross-promotion more and we know they have influence.

We think of end of year as a “big time”, but the Skulls event is huge for Warhammer, so in that sense releasing the bigger classes during this time makes sense. We get Admech for skulls next year, maybe Eldar or something wild the next year with a more mundane class inbetween.

wdym, Arbites was already released.

It is lore friendly though. Gelt did the same thing, nobody complained about that.

Actually it’s probably is, but I don’t know, there’s different ranks of priests, different weapons, I am sure they can figure it out. Maybe some GW problems. I think priests of Mars fit narratively and must be present at some point, to keep sh*t stained heretic hands from mobian steel.

A necromancer would never been accepted by a wood elf, a dwarf, an empire soldier, and specially a Sigmar priest.

Its definitely not a stretch for the super cops of 40k to show up, especially with how the story’s narration shows how the Tertium Enforcers have fallen. It’s like federal police shoring up a local department.

Personally I’d rather Hadron have a nervous breakdown similarly to Bardin with Outcast Engineer and start making Combat Servitors for the war band…or maybe that unused NPC Magos Biologis Khareem could do it. Someone turning mangled reject bodies into combat servitors. It would be so deliciously 40k.

A random necro? Absolutely not.
A good friend they owed their lives to and vice versa? Absolutely yes

They are not a sigmar priest, a dwarf an elf and a soldier, they’re Kruber, Salt, Kerrilian and Bardin. People that share a deep friendship with Sienna.
Salt even has/had romantic feelings towards Sienna.

But lets stop this talk. this is about the one we all have romantic feelings for :

Well probably harder, if they do not share weapons.

And GW may be much more limiting on it…

I’d say it’s more so

The irs coming to see why they haven’t payed taxes

I think Skitarii are hard to justify, but tech adepts could’ve been something to explore the heavy weapons (either carried or on combat servitors summoned as minions) and occasional one-off weirdness of Mechanicus weaponry.

Interestingly Hive Scum has proven they’re willing to ship something with more than just a class tree, so they could definitely make a class with a separate ‘Augmetics’ tree or something like that if they wanted to get weird with it.

Hopefully they never add playable Mechanicus. Their fans are insufferable. Worse than Chaos fans.

For all we know it might be a power level thing.

The game is about scum overcoming the odds.
