Guess the new class (just for fun)

I think will be an Adeptus Mechanicus warrior of some kind.

How that works in mission?!

Will be funny if it turns out to be something that is not represented a lot in the whole Warhammer 40k universe.

I still just wish we had all the variety in psyker powers like Rogue Trader allow us to have.

You stay on the Mourningstar and you’re tasked to type texts as fast as possible on your keyboard, kinda like those games where you have to type words to progress.

Well you’ll play as a enfeebled old man with a quill and ledger slowly trying to keep up with the rest of strike team.

since to make it sell it has to beat the curve of current power creep I’d say

(sadly no ogryn for scale)

We’ll defeat chaos with the power of taxation and bureaucracy.

His left tree is the charge of expired car warranty, makes all enemies flee in fear.

Mid talents is the mandatory health insurance preaching, something that would truly strike fear into nurgle.

And the right side is heavy taxation that would make our enemies too depressed to fight.

Can be anything, but it is likely something GW wants to push. Last time we had arbites for both rogue trader and Darktide at the same time.

While now there’s nothing close from Owlcat, it is known that next dlc will be about necrons and where is necrons there is adeptus mechanicus, ready to for l̶o̶o̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ exploration. I also heard that for space marine 2 there will be tech marine, who is to my knowledge studies his stuff from priests of the machine and many such guys worship Omnissiah. So maybe for Darktide it will also be some ad mech characters, after all aside from GW desire to sell crap for absurd money, we all know that while Tertium is a production centre for mobian steel, unique to atoma prime, tech priests just can’t allow anyone to have it.

I think hive ganger is option too, all hives got influential gangs, I doubt nurgle rot I great for business and being criminal is not the same as being heretic.

Lastly sisters of battle is a possibility too I guess, final nail for the zealots coffin. But I am not sure that they are tolerant enough for ogryns and psykers and don’t they already highly popular among 40k community? I doubt they don’t have enough sales.

I highly doubt doubt that it is xeno race or another ab human, though like I said, can be anything.

I would like mechanicus with ability to use combat servitors. I am ok with gang member if he is fairly distinct from other classes, maybe has xeno weapons like dark eldar blades and agonisers.

They have started their hype train though.

It’s going to be an AdMech Ratling, encased within a Dreadnaught.

Would certainly solve the height problem!

Ah yes, them, i don’t know how can they justify them in darktide, while word darktide itself includes xenos, there’s no mentions about any tau/kroot xenos nearby. That would be wild. But i must say, Grendyl don’t strike me as puritan, so i guess he/she might bring anything avaliable to win.

Obviously Felinid cash grab

If it could be anything in 40K put into Darktide to kill Heretics…?

I might want a Tyranid Warrior kind of like a Space Marine 2 / Aliens power fantasy destroying everthing… or an Ork for same reason but with funny english accent.
