Insane design

I just get a gamepad and i tried to change my buttons config but it is insane design. I have +3K hours in V2 and +450hours in Darktide and i dont understand this.

to me it looks like both the medipack and stim are bound to left d pad, which i assume would cause issues when trying to equip either of them maybe?
