Issue Description:
After the last patch to the store system, I was unable to get any weapons with a base rating of 380, and the maximum weapon base rating I could get was 379. Before that, I was occasionally able to get weapons with a base rating of 380.
I tried to gather some feedback from other players and it looks like the situation is the same, not my personal luck problem.
