Issue Description (Required):
Sometimes a weapon will show up in shop with the wrong base rating adding up. For example: there would be a 379 weapon that would show up in the Armory Exchange, however, the simple math for adding up all of the modifiers would actually equate to a different number with 1 digit off. Like the actual base rating would be actually 380 or 378, but it’s currently being displayed as 379.

It happens mostly whenever it appears in Amory Exchange or whenever I get something from Brunt’s
