Since ogryn got lots of costumes that shows the bare chest, I don’t believe that FS could be generous enough to show us female ogryn boobs directly. Even female hive scums got an ugly bra on top. I thought they’d be same half naked as the male ones

Yes 100% sure but games workshop has never (to my knowledge) made any femgryn miniatures, they are just mentioned in lore.
