im on Steam and Ive tried several times to boot the game and keep getting these two errors
ive not even been able to get in game

EDIT: i have updated Windows with everything Window Update had. It did not fix the problem
Please run a full windows update on your system, as that’s a core windows dll that’s not installed.
id that also causing the shader cashe builder error?
this did not fix the problem?
is this a file i can download and place where it needs to be? ive had to do that before.
moreover the shader cashe problem also persists.
Is this a Windows 7 Problem?
