I keep crashing And I can't find out why

I keep crashing in the mission menu or has terrible frame rate or lag. I’ve tried to verify files on steam , reinstall drivers and see the settings as well and nothing works. I’ll try to put all the reports here.

Please try running through all of the potential solutions for this here:

I fixed it. it was probably due to screen resolution and game resolution being so different, that game couldn’t handle it.
