i just turned my pc on today and did the update you guys put out. in doing so when i loaded the game up i had to restart everything like it was my first time and i lost everything. can you please look into this. i will provide everything as needed

Went to log 5mins ago and my 4 toons are not there it keeps asking me to create a new one ok where are my characters yet another bug!!!

Take a look here, seems like they fixed this already.
We are urgently looking in to reports of characters having been deleted.
