They could do an interesting environmental boss with a chaos knight, but this video is a pretty good representation on what they can do if there isn’t anything restricting or weakening them.
They’re fighting wraithknights, which are the Eldar super-heavy walkers that aren’t actual titans either.
They’re super agile compared to actual titans, but are armed with titan weapons and defences.

That’s a corrupted Armiger, not a full Chaos Knight. You can see an actual Knight in the background, it’s hump back doesn’t even clear a Knight’s face plate.
The game so bad it killed Dawn of War.
I’m just hoping the rumored Total War 40k game is a good enough successor.
