The “funniest” aspect of this rotation is that they did not rotate back the white Tallarn headpiece for Veteran to match his chestpiece. Page 3 only features the black version of the headpiece.
To be honest, I believe they would have made more money if they had also offered the appropriate headpiece.
People are allowed to be upset after spending $40 on a broken game with missing features and a predatory cash shop. FS made several empty promises since launch, and it’s understandable that people are dissatisfied. The only live service aspect of this game is the cosmetic shop and FS dropped the ball once again. Expressing our dissatisfaction is the only way we will get any changes. Case in point: FS has finally acknowledged the terrible crafting system due to overwhelming negative feedback. I don’t understand why you feel the need to defend FS. The nuance of critical feedback seems lost on you as no one here is “throwing a tantrum.”

The headpiece and legs/pants are recolors, whereas the chestpiece is more of a regular armor, albeit with some plating removed and redesigned.
Tallarn looks like this, and I am not sure if they nailed it, the pants they chose is wrong:
