How about make sure the dogs FUNTION correctly before implimenting them?

there are 3 packs of four dogs in a lowest difficulty mission.

the dogs AI and hit detection is still just as bad as beta.

what is going through yalls heads?

there movement is much smoother and improved for me, are you still getting jerky dogs?

those packs are a thing though! how many dogs you getting per pack?

I cannot help but wonder why they would dedicate any resources to such a niche modifier given the generally unsatisfactory state the game is still in. Should this really be a priority currently?
That being said, about 20 dogs spawning in quick succession in a Malice game seems overkill to me, especially considering the issues with dogs OP mentioned.

It should be noted that these are the fabled pox puppies people asked for and they die to a stern voice. Its almost like super ammo mode if you have a vet in the group. But the core of keeping players together is there because a straggler player will quickly get bombarded with pups. Actually kind of fun.

Never had a problem with hitting them if I aim right. If you are shooting at them close to their pounce range, you are doing it wrong. At that stage you should be prepared to push them away and kill in melee.

“Sorry, not on there.”

Actually the modifier is pretty fun. Yes, it’s going to wreck your stuff, if you’re not careful. As per design.
I’d like modifiers to have even stronger changes to gameplay or additional stuff. Then have them on rotation more or multiple / possible all available in the pool. The game needs more spice and less blend.
