I didn’t. The U&L rework took forever, but they were constantly working on itemization in smaller ways along the way. Funny enough, there’s a couple of examples in the link in my previous post.
This part doesn’t ring true to me. Player numbers were the absolute worst in 2023, before the Xbox launch, and the larger rework (realized in U&L) was announced in March of 2024.
I guess I just don’t get why “the suits” would do this…where’s the ROI?
